Ms. Sims founded the organization in 2009 with a desire to improve the options for women coming home to Philadelphia after serving time behind bars.

Prior to Release, At Home & At Work

We offer mentor support, training and family reunification to guide you though the transition back to the community. We provide Welcome Home Gift bag and other supportive services to reduce the stress of the transition.

Mentoring

We support women in reentry from the time of release to establish and achieve goals; including employment, housing, education and reconnecting with family. 

We stay connected to our ladies with holiday food baskets.

Training

Our agency offers training in the hospitality field: 

  • Guest Services
  • Guest Room Attendant
  • Front Desk
  • Serv Safe

 We aid in resume creation, employment search and placement. 

Advocacy

We  advocate for fair treatment of women involved in the criminal justice system. We aim to inspire  economic, and social systems and institutions to care and serve each person equally.

We work to reunite families that have separated because of incarceration.
